SNAP STOLEN BENEFIT REPLACEMENT BEGINS DECEMBER 1, 2023

The Division of Social Services will begin accepting requests to replace stolen SNAP benefits on December 1, 2023. If you had food benefits stolen from your SNAP EBT card by electronic fraud, you may be eligible to get your benefits replaced. You must complete and return the SNAP Stolen Benefit Replacement Request form to see if you qualify.
