Delaware's Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities (DSAAPD) receives funding for the Title V, Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) through the Older Americans Act and the U.S. Department of Labor. SCSEP provides subsidized community service work experience, job skills training, job search assistance, and supportive services for eligible Older Delawareans. SCSEP goals include community service and economic self-sufficiency. The Senior Community Service Employment Program State Plan is a four-year strategy for the statewide provision of SCSEP.
