NEW CASTLE (June 11, 2015) - Robert Bernstein, court monitor for the state's settlement agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice over improvements in Delaware's mental health system, today filed his seventh progress report with Delaware's U.S. District Court.
Bernstein, who is monitoring the state's progress under a five-year settlement agreement signed in 2011, was appointed by the U.S. District Court. He is president and executive director of the Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law in Washington.
