Dover	James W. Williams	8 a.m. – 2:20 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays by appointment only. Walk-ins for rapid HIV testing only
Frankford	Edward W. Pyle	8 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays by appointment only.
Georgetown	Adams	Walk In 7:45 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Monday through Fridays by appointment only.
Milford	Milford Riverwalk	8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays by appointment only. Closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Walk-ins for rapid HIV testing only.
Newark Seaford	Floyd I. Hudson Anna C. Shipley	8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. by appointment only. 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Walk-ins are only permitted if there is availability
Wilmington	Porter	8 a.m. – 2 p.m. by appointment only
