- Long Term Care Residents Invited to Speak Out on Home
Delaware long term care residents are invited to submit their recipe for what home means to them and how to create that home in a long-term care facility as part of this years' Residents' Rights Week celebration. Deadline for submission is September 15th.
- Recovery Month Kicks Off September 8
DSAMH and its partners will honor clients in recovery and their substance abuse counselors and the clinicians, pastors and others who have supported them at the 2008 Recovery Month Kick-Off Lunch and Variety show September 8, 2007 at the Dover Downs, 11 am to 2pm. Members of the media are invited to participate. Consenting clients in recovery, as well as their family members and clinicians, will be available for interviews and photographs. - Suicide Prevention Conference is Coming
Mark your calendar. The Suicide Prevention Conference will be held Thursday, September 25 at Clayton Hall, University of Delaware. This full day event is free for all registrants.
