The Division for the Visually Impaired is organized into three primary service programs which include:

• Education Services
• Vocational Rehabilitation
• Independent Living

 Additionally, there are two direct employment units:

• Delaware Industries for the Blind
• Business Enterprise Program

Finally, there are support services:

• Materials Center
• Volunteer Services
• Orientation and Mobility
• Low Vision Services
• Training Center Services
• Information Systems Support
