From the North:
(Including: Smyrna, Northern Kent County and New Castle County)
- Route 13 South
- Bear to the Right and proceed on Route 13 South (at Route 13/113 split) in Dover
- Proceed past Roosevelt Avenue (at light)
- Turn Right into the Carroll's Plaza parking lot (just past Roosevelt Avenue)
- Carroll's Plaza is set back from the highway and faces Route 13
From the South:
(Including: Salisbury, Southern Kent County and Sussex County)
- Route 13 North (towards Dover)
- Turn Left onto Roosevelt Avenue
- Proceed on Roosevelt Avenue half a block
- Turn Left into the Carroll's Plaza parking lot
- Carroll's Plaza is set back from the highway and faces Route 13
From the East:
(Including: Little Creek)
- Take any major road (e.g. Route 113 North, Route 10 West, South Little Creek Road west) to Route 13
- Follow the appropriate directions from Route 13 in the above "From the North" or "From the South" directions
From the West:
(Including: Hartly and Slaughter)
- Route 8 East
- Bear Right onto Forest Street
(Forest Street becomes West Loockerman Street)
- Turn Right onto State Street (Alternate Route 13) South
- Turn Left onto Roosevelt Avenue
- Proceed on Roosevelt Avenue for half a block
- Turn Right into the Carroll's Plaza parking lot
- Carroll's Plaza is set back from the highway and faces Route 13
