The Limestone Building currently offers administrative and client services by Delaware Health and Social Services (DHSS) divisions:
- Division of Public Health (DPH)
- Home Visits to pregnant women and children(Smart Start and Kids Kare)
- Home Visiting Program for First-Time Parents
- HIV/AIDS Case Management
- AIDS Medical Wavier Program
- Child Development Watch - early intervention services for children birth to three years
- Community group workshops
- Lead poisoning case management and education
- Vital Statistics - birth certificates
Business Hours: 8:00 am - 4:15 pm Monday through Friday, except Holidays
- Communicable disease follow-up
- Cancer Registry
- Health Facilities Licensing and Inspection
- Environmental Health/Health Systems Protection

- The Limestone Building is the last brick building on the Right, before the Shell Station on Route 2/Kirkwood Highway.
From the South:
(Including: The city of New Castle, Bear, Lower New Castle Count and Kent and Sussex Counties)
- Route 1 North
- Turn Left onto Route 7/Limestone Road North (toward Route 2/Kirkwood Highway)
- The Limestone Building is the last brick building on the Right before the Shell Station on Route 2/Kirkwood Highway
From the East:
(Including: Elsmere, Stanton)
- Take Route 2/Kirkwood Highway West (toward Newark)
- Turn Left onto Route 7/Limestone Road South
- Proceed on Route 7/Limestone Road to the first light
- Make a U-turn
- The Limestone Building is the last brick building on the Right, before the Shell Station on Route 2/Kirkwood Highway
From the Southwest:
(Including: Newark)
- Take Route 2/Kirkwood Highway East (toward Wilmington)
- Turn Right onto Route 7/Limestone Road South
- Proceed on Route 7/Limestone Road to the first light
- Make a U-turn
- The Limestone Building is the last brick building on the Right, before the Shell Station on Route 2/Kirkwood Highway
