From the North
(Including: Claymont, Boothwyn and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania)
- I-95 South
- 202 South
- Turn Right onto Broom Street (at the second light where Kreston Liquors is on the corner)
- Proceed on Broom Street for approximately 1/2 mile (Salesianum High School will be on the right)
- Turn Right onto 18th Street and proceed under the railroad bridge
- Turn Left onto the Augustine Cut-off (at the traffic light)
- Turn Right onto Wawaset Street
- Proceed one block and turn Right onto Scott Street (which becomes Riddle Avenue)
- Proceed on Riddle Avenue for approximately 300 feet
- Turn Right onto Mill Road (You will see a brown wooden sign on the right indicating "Three Mill Road")
- Proceed down the hill and the Mill Road Building is the first building on the right.
From the South:
(Including: Stanton, New Castle, lower New Castle County and Kent and Sussex Counties)
- I-95 North
- Route 52 North exit(exit 7 or Delaware Avenue exit)
- Proceed for 2 blocks (bearing to the left)
- Turn Left onto Route 52/Delaware Avenue (at light)
- Proceed on Delaware Avenue across the I-95 overpass and bear to the Right onto Delaware Avenue (at approximately the 2nd light)
- Continue straight on Delaware Avenue past Trolley Square (on the right)
- Turn Right onto N. Scott Street
- Proceed straight ahead across Lovering Avenue
(The street bears left and becomes Riddle Avenue)
- Continue on Riddle Avenue for approximately 300 feet
- Turn Right onto Mill Road (You will see a brown wooden sign on the right indicating "Three Mill Road")
- Proceed down the hill and the Mill Road Building is the first building on the right.
From the East:
(Including: Downtown Wilmington)
- Route 52 North
- Bear to the Right onto Delaware Avenue at light (This light is approximately 2 blocks past the I-95 overpass)
- Continue straight on Delaware Avenue past Trolley Square (on the right)
- Turn Right onto N. Scott Street
- Proceed straight ahead across Lovering Avenue
(The street bears left and becomes Riddle Avenue)
- Turn Right onto Mill Road (You will see a brown wooden sign on the right indicating "Three Mill Road")
- Proceed down the hill and the Mill Road Building is the first building on the right.
From the West:
(Including: Greenville, Hockessin and Kennett Square, Pennsylvania)
- Route 52 South
- Left onto N. Union Street
- Proceed across Lovering Avenue/Kentmere Parkway
- Turn Right onto Kentmere Drive (the street behind the Medical Society Building)
- Turn Left onto Riddle Avenue
- Take immediate Right onto Mill Road (You will see a brown wooden sign on the right indicating "Three Mill Road")
- Proceed down the hill and the Mill Road Building is the first building on the right.

Parking for the Mill Road facility can be found in front of the building. Additional parking is available beyond the building and the chain link fence in an adjacent parking lot.
