RE:  PSC # 797, Health Systems Protection Permitting Database

We are writing to inform you that the State of Delaware, Division of Public Health has decided 
not to award a contract for RFP PSCO-797, for a Health Systems Protection Permitting 
Database.  An evaluation process was completed, but the projected funding has not been made 
available to allow the project to go forward.  

We may seek Request for Proposals for these services in the future.  Please check the 
Delaware Department of Health and Social Services website 
(www.dhss.delaware.gov/dhss/rfp/dhssrfp.htm) for new Request for Proposals.
