The Congregate Meals Program gives older adults in Delaware the opportunity to enjoy hot, nutritious meals in a welcoming group setting, like senior centers and community dining rooms. It’s a great way to stay connected, maintain a healthy diet, and access helpful nutrition resources.
Who Can Participate?
You’re eligible for congregate meals if:
- You are 60 years or older, or
- You are the spouse of someone age 60+, regardless of your age
- You are an adult under 60 with a disability who lives in a participating housing facility

- Hot, balanced meals prepared with older adults’ nutrition needs in mind
- A chance to socialize with others in your community
