The Legal Services Program assists Delaware residents 60 years of age or older with legal issues. Specifically, the program provides help with matters such as powers of attorney; advance directives; and consumer, housing and benefits issues. Priority is given to those in greatest social and economic need.

Services are provided by the Community Legal Aid Society, Inc., Elder Law Program
