- Provide training that helps employees avoid accidents and injuries.
- Ensure that MSDS sheets for products used in your business are accessible and reviewed by employees.
Awareness:
- Maintain tools and equipment and inspect before each use.
- Encourage workers to be aware and report unsafe conditions and actions.
Prevention:
- Provide personal protective equipment and training on its use.
- Ensure that ventilation equipment is used to remove exhaust, chemical vapors and dust from the workspace.
