Parking for the Belvedere State Service Center can be found next to the building. At the end of Lloyd Street, turn Right onto Kiamensi Road. Pass the State Service Center and turn left into the parking lot.

Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program and Delaware Energy Assistance Program Financial assistance to help eligible low-income households with energy bills, including heating and cooling costs, as well as help during energy crises and for energy-related expenses. |

Kinship Care |
Assistance for grandparents, aunts, uncles and other relative (non-parent) caregivers to provide immediate needs for clothing, shelter, health, safety and educational supplies during the 180-day transition period when a child first moves into the non-parent caregiver’s home. |

Medications, supplies, and other services available to those with diabetes to alleviate an emergency condition. |
